I guess this is a little thank you for the 500+ followers I’ve received, thank you everyone!
So I’ve been wanting to do HSP (as well as many other Vocaloid composers) fanart for a long time and decided to do it now before putting it off again :P I thought it’d be awesome to try the Wander Girl and Stop Me designs in 80’s anime style, it was so fun to do! (even though I hate how Luka came out). It’s not completely spot on but it was worth a go!
If you’ve not heard HSP’s stuff, please check them out, they’re a really good musician and artist, who’s style may be familiar to some of you :)
I like to imagine what Vocaloid/Miku would have been like in the 80s or 90s (design wise) so here’s a doodle! Might do other Vocaloids, who knows! Let me know if you’d like to see it
still can’t seem to pull off the style, but I’m learning :) I think this leans more towards 80s though
Sorry for such the long wait! Still slightly art blocked at the moment :/
But I managed to finish another 80s styled Vocaloid, and this time it’s IA! I know you guys have been waiting for another character, so I hope you like it.
I’d love to see other people re imagine Vocaloid in the 80s. Please show me if you do! If you haven’t seen my Miku version click here!
Thanks to the multi-stream today, I was able to get this finished with everyone’s support. So thank you to everyone that came!
Mitchie M released his new song, “News39″ today (here’s the official video) and I wanted to draw some fanart! It’s super catchy and I love the message it sends out :) so check it out!
Going to kick myself for doing this instead of important things, but it feels wrong not doing something for her birthday this year, so here’s a small doodle of Mitchie M’s greatest idol Miku!
Thought it’d be nice to quickly illustrate the first ever Vocaloid song I heard, “melody...”, back in 2008. Since then I’ve been a huge fan and come across so much talent within such a fascinating community. For software like this, it’s a huge achievement to have reached this far in terms of popularity!
I’m also working on a more detailed Vocaloid piece which will be a little late, so look forward to that :)
kz livetune was the producer that got me heavily into Vocaloid after hearing his first album - from there he became my absolute favourite! ReDial is my #1 livetune Voca song so thought it’d be perfect for the anniversary :)
